Due to circumstances beyond its control Securance has decided to withdraw from offering insurance products. If you purchased a policy through us in the past then that policy is safe with the insurer and you can make changes to the policy direct with the insurer. A list of contact numbers is shown on the homepage of this web site. All fully completed applications made on our web site were forwarded to the insurer in the normal way. If it was a travel policy then we would have confirmed that the application was accepted by sending you a confirmation email. If it was a home insurance application then Paymentshield would have sent you your policy papers by post after they had accepted the risk. If you have any doubts at all you can just give either Axa or Paymentshield a call for confirmation.
